This gas station was pretty sweet. First place I've ever seen a digital screen like this. Always been a fan of shells and their reward program. Matching that with get upside saves a bunch of money.

Incompetent cashier doesn’t understand the difference between dollars and gallons. Pumps were not accepting credit cards (again) so had to go inside. They said they had to pre-charge my card as a result. Asked for up to 20 gallons to “FILL MY CAR UP AS IT WAS EMPTY”. Gave her my fuel rewards card also good for up to 20 gallons to get my my .60 a gallon discount that had built up. She put the charge on my card, handed it back and said “if you only use 15 GALLONS it will credit you back”. I looked quickly at the receipt and saw “20”. Went back to pump gas. Pump stopped at $20 dollars. Went back in and she insisted that I said 20 dollars. I said we just had the conversation that my tank was empty and I wanted to fill it up!!  You just said if I use only 15 GALLONS it will credit me back.  $20 is less than 4 gallons.  Then proceeded to tell me she couldn’t reset it so I lost my discount. I said never mind and walked out. Dishonest. Unapologetic. Last time I’ll use this station. Too many other options for gas.

It's a pretty busy gas station and convenience store. There is a drive-through car wash as well ( I've never used it personally, so I can't rate it). Fuel Rewards participant.

They have honestly some of the best varieties of beer at times. We will stop in just to check out off brands they carry from time to time.

Friendly clean , I go there regulary for gas and treats. They have subway in there now.

Their gas pump did not pump the gas I paid for, then they refused to refund me my money. So in other words they stole from me. I do not recommend going here and their prices are over priced as well.

THE OWNERS ARE GREAT PEOPLE THAT  MANAGE AND OPERATE THIER STORE FLAWLESSLY.. THIS OS THE ONLY GAS STATION IN LAKELAND THAT I HAVE BEEN TO THAT ALWAYS HAS A FAVORITE DRINK OF MINE WHEN ALL THE OTHER STORES ATE OUT.

On December 25,2022 I visit this Shell station located at 1920 Harden Blvd I bought something and it was amazed on how clean the store was in AMD out and the bathroom was super clean and Jessica was the attendant at the time I stopped she was friendly respectful attentive she is amazing.

This store sells fake Prime for $3.73/bottle (lemonade). BUYER BEWARE!!

Like any other gas, diesel,convenient store covid ready protocol in place. Can stop in and purchase drinks, junk food, house hold products, and more. Numerous parking available as well as subway's here at this location. Every time I have frequent this establishment have received excellent service from their employees. My grandchildren enjoy getting a 99 cents icees ever time that we visit

Stopped for gas this morning 8/2/2023 at 5:00 am. Went to pump #2. Tried to use my fuel rewards, but regardless of which button I pressed, it always asked for my Kroger's rewards ID, which I don't have. After fooling with the buttons for about 5 minutes I finally gave up and pumped the absolute minimum I needed to get to my destination. I could have gone across the street to the Love station, but I didn't want to waste any more time. Fix your stuff!!!

Way OVERPRICE on everything in store and they dont honor any sales!! NO Ebt/Snap Cards accepted and NO Lottery tickets sold at this location!!
The Deisel pumps arent working and the gas pumps are always broken!

The subway is advertised has 24 hours. However its not. He hires young girls to works nights and in turn the continually call out. I use to stop by 3/4 times a week. Now I only get gas. So I went back. And the subway worker was at the main register. Never ever looked over at me. I stood there starring at him. Never looked up. I could have walked out with anything I wanted. I didn't though. They to hire a better crew.

If you have an air machine that only takes quarters which is robbery itself why would you have a clerk with no change. Its not rocket science just another example of the new craze about nobody careing about the customer

Great gas prices really good deals in the store! Customer service and cashier's all of them are amazing and they go above and beyond to take care of customers for their convenience store owner is amazing he makes sure to get products and that are requested by customers and the store always stays nice and clean including the bathrooms! I love it here!

Worst customer service I've seen in a long time. Lady literally told me that my driver and I can't park there while we wait on a call. Funny part is that is that we literally had just put fuel and were going inside to buy drinks and food. Great way to ward off your customers you idiots. Don't waste  your time nor money with these fools!!

Place smelled and was very hot. They charge 50cents if your total is under $5 and you’re paying w card. All I did was ask why (bc visa prohibits charging like that) and the owner walked out and said they wouldn’t let me buy anything anymore. And when I said it was fine I would pay the $0.50 he said no you misunderstood him we won’t sell to you now.

Beware -- pump #5 auto-shutoff did not work, spilling gasoline on the ground and on my feet.

I’m 18 and he checked my id and said it was fake, and said I was 17. I was trying to buy my first lotto ticket on the 12th and I turned 18 on the 11th. He then proceeded to look it up on his phone and said I was still 17. He would not sell me a lotto ticket. I will go back tomorrow and if they don’t sell and say it is fake I will be calling the cops and corporate.

Friendly service. Visited this location on 7/18/22. Gentleman working there came out and helped me with an issue I thought I had with the air/vac machine. Turned out to be user error.

It's a tiny outdated store. Standard issue mom and pop business. Nothing fancy for sure, but quick in and out for standard issue needs.

Ended up here because of the Giant Food reward points.

Now it's better, but for years they jacked up the price by at least 10 cents over the average local price, thus negating the Giant points unless you buy a metric F-ton of food.

I only stop here if I don't think my car will make it to Wawa or I have Giant points to use, so not often.

So I have points from Giant and was going to make the trip up to Rehoboth since that is the closest Shell station to me, BUT, as usual, they always jack up their price -this time it's  .20cents higher than everyone else - BJ's is .30cents cheaper - so it's not even worth it.

This place is always 20 cents or more for gas than anyone. For no other reason except greed.

This place says 24 hrs but it’s not. The girl saw us coming to get gas. Not only did she turn off the lights , but she stopped the pumps at 10pm and just walked away. Don’t come here for any gas. You’ll waste your time. The girl has horrible customer service.

Got here and none of the pumps worked. What's the point of running a gas station if you can't even buy gas here. Worst Shell ever

This place is unbelievable I came here to put it because it says it 24hrs but that's a lie it is 10:34 pm and it's closed.

Stopped here while on vacation from Pennsylvania. I purchased 2 Game cigars that were 2 for 99 cent. He said 4.01. I said what do you mean 4.01, they say 2 for 99cent in them. He said no they’re $2 each. I said that’s false advertising. I manage a gas station in Pennsylvania. What these people are doing is just plain wrong. If something is marked a certain price at my gas station, that’s the price we give, then we fix the price. Fix your visible pricing!

Quick stop to get gas. $2.95 for regular. Several pumps. Guy selling flowers and plants outside the gas station. I didn't go into the gas station but it is a decent size.

Stopped here on my way from Norfolk to NY. Was blown away. Great breakfast sandwiches made fresh. A couple different kinds of coffees and flavors. The guy running it or working that day was exceptionally friendly and attentive as well.

It's got everything you would need, as to fill up, get a snack 🥨😋 and keep going.

Typical convenience store though very well stocked. Fast, friendly service.

A female register worker got offended when I told her 50 is old, no matter how much she feels it isn't. She throwing passive aggressive insults like she'll pay for my milk because my credit card 💳 was giving me trouble. This coming from someone in their 30's stuck at a dead end job making minimum wage for a living 🤭.

Clean bathrooms and a decent snack selection. The price of gas was 4 -7 cents higher per gallon than the local area...Very polite attendant on duty.

Restrooms dirty, 2 debit cards were not excepted. Thanks God, a nice guy next in the line paid for my gas.

Super friendly staff! There is a bit of rig parking here which is great because options are limited in this part of Florida!
