When the convenience store closes, they shut off all the pumps so you can't get gas even if you're paying with a card

Fried Chicken, fried fish and Shell gas! I was advised by a friend to try the chicken and the fish. I was very surprised of the quality of the chicken and the fish. Both items were perfectly seasoned and fried. I did order the fish sandwich and did not care for the bread as it was a little dry and the fish did not have any tartar sauce or coleslaw or anything like that. But the fish alone was very good. Stop in, get gas and give it a try.

I got to say every time I stop here the guys behind the counter are great so tonight Tuesday night 6:00 PM I decided to stop  and as usual both men working we’re fantastic very upbeat high spirited just nice guys in general and I have to complement them because you don’t see that a whole lot they are a credit to your business and I hope you give them credit for it. also the fish is fantastic

Great place to go for your trip of gas and other things.

We just stopped in really quick.   My daughter was begging for a pez candy dispenser and I was declining her of it being we had already checked out.   Kimberly the clerk not only bought it for her, but bought her two older brothers one!! That was just amazing!! Such a nice thing to do! Thank you Kimberly! You made my 4 year olds day!

I stopped here last week on my way home from Calaveras Big Trees to the bay area.  My low tire pressure warning had come on a few miles back, and much to my dismay I discovered I didn't have the pressure gauge I thought i did.  Super nice young staff person (tall, red hair/beard) offered to help me with checking my tires and putting air in the one that appeared low.  He also gave me some good advice to make sure I got home safe. I'm an older woman with limited mobility, and it would have been very difficult for me to check my tires and add air.  Big thanks for the wonderful and friendly customer service!

The bathrooms at the station are clean. Fuel is cheap too. The NFC reader doesn't seem to be active yet though, despite there being a reader on the pump. It kept erroring. I had to let the machine read the chip.

So I stopped at this location right before I left town. It was pretty late at night I think after 1 am. I'm surprised and happy that they were so open and all the lights are on. I didn't go in The Snack Shack but I was able to throw some garbage at this location wash my windows and pump the gas. I notice that this place is slightly more expensive than the place a half a mile down the street. I think by about 10 or $0.15 per gallon.

Busy but quick. Employees are friendly and they have event parking when downtown gets too full. This is where lots of the local work trucks fuel up early in the morning bc it's very conveniently located.

Typically I don’t have a problem with this store but when I drive 30 minutes to fill up a propane tank and the attendant tells me she’s not trained to use the propane and it’s the only place opened on a Saturday evening we have a problem. Wasted my gas to come up here and didn’t get a thing for it. Thanks Johnny Gott!! I’ll send the bill to your house!!

In this place a few times a week for Diesel. Never had any issues pumping fuel. Fuel islands always clear and clean other than the idiots who park their cars in the diesel island

I stopped here to fill up when we noticed the automatic carwash next door . We decided to get a wash 1st then gas , just to let you know the wash was great although if you purchase gas and wash together at the gas station before the wash you will get a discount on the gas .

This gas station genuinely sucks. I received extremely poor service from the clerk. I went in to get a black&mild and when i told her to was stale and to give me a softer one she told me that's how they all were without even checking. She just seemed like she hated her job and was rude.

I went there tonight and I got the best customer service than I’ve gotten in a long time. Nic was very personable and has a great personality. I didn’t feel like stopping but now I’m glad I did! I met an awesome guy!

This is a brand new Circle K/Shell station.  It has very competitive gas prices compared to the competition around it.  You can get soda, snacks,  and other food items.  Easy on and off the 99 Hwy.

Horrible service. One of their pumps wasn’t working and it was clearly spilling gas. My son tried getting a refund on gas spilled and was declined. I speak to Jose and Jose stated that pump was closed and someone must have taken the sign off and yet my son paid cash and cashier allowed him to pump gas (#14) clearly pump should have been shut off and told my son it doesn’t work. Said they couldn’t refund because management not there. This wouldn’t be a big deal if gallon is close to $6.

The store is awesome. It's new, it's nice, there's a lot of options at the soda fountain, the hot dogs are great, and the fuel-filling area is very spacious. The problem with this place is that they charge an additional 20 cents/gal if you use your debit/credit card! Ridiculous!

WE Spent a lot money every week on diesel. drink is not Free. Not even with own cup . Every single truck stop I been to coffee or fountain drink are free.

I always stop here when I’m in the area and avoid those bigger places across the street. The truck fuel pumps are clean and fast and the store is really well stocked. Then I head over to the Taco Bell that even lets drivers walk thru the drive thru to order during the pandemic. Thank you guys so much!

This place drops food on the ground and serves it to customers. Donuts have been dropped on the ground and they picked it up and still served it to ppl. This place is poorly ran by the manager. You will frequently see majority of the staff outside all at once having a cigarette and no one will rush to help you at the register because their cigarettes are more important. Some staff are rude to customers and have multiple reports from other customers.

Such kind and friendly staff.  The staff at Shell were the first people I met when I moved to Pine Grove and I feel like I have a place to go whenever I just want someone to talk to someone.

One of the few places open late and if you are UpCountry it is the ONLY PLACE open 24 hours!! You can get food drinks and gas without having to drive to Jackson.  The Jackson Rancheria Gas Station is the ONLY other place around open all night! Plus, I've always had good service from the friendly and funny staff!

I'm always able to get in and out for my gas. And the people that work there are pretty cool too :-)

The staff are great, and they talk highly of the owners (whom I haven't met). They have good variety of products, clean restrooms, and innovative foods to offer, like a taco bar, and a cool milkshake vending machine. Gas is too expensive though, they charge extra for credit, & they only have the cleaning/fuel additives in the most extensive octane.

Great store, friendly staff, and even has EV charging! Stopped here on the way to Sequoia and also on the way back. Only small problem was the tire air machine didn't seal well and let out more air than going in. Had to go to another gas station to fill tires.

Friendliest staff around it don't get any better than these guys. I like the that they are always open, I need to fill up late sometimes and I don't have to worry about a unattended slide your card deserted gas station, here there is always someone there with a friendly smile and warm cup of fresh coffee.

This is s good gas station. Nice because they have truck islands so semi's can get fuel. Also convenient they sell DEF fluid right at the pumps. They are CFN so the fleet fuel cards work there. Close to the freeway if you just need to get on and off and they have a stop light which makes it nice for getting back out into traffic.

They have a burrito bar inside where they make you a burrito on the spot. The sandwiches they had looked good and fresh. Store was clean and well stocked. The staff was very nice and helpful in helping me locate items in the store.

My mother in law went inside to pay for gas and the lady at the register put it on the wrong pump. We go back inside to see what happened and at the front counter it says " We are not responsible for people telling us the wrong pump number". So obviously not a good sign. The lady insisted that my mother in law told her pump 3, which was completely false. We put $30 in so we go to check pump 3 and what would you know, someone had already used it. We are extremely frustrated. So the lady tells us that we have to track down the guy who used it and make him give us our money back. Even though it was her fault for putting it on the wrong pump! I felt like I was becoming stupider just being around this lady. I recommend going across the street and chancing it at the other gas station. This place is a bust. The food sucks, slow service, and they obviously need their ears checked.

Just visited Lost Hills Shell convenience store.  The woman at the counter was really nice and helpful.  Her positive attitude was so refreshing and really made my weekend.

Gas station itself is fine but the food joints part of it are very slow in service. There's a taco Bell, pizza hut and Subway. There was no one at the pizza hut counter for several minutes. Service was horrendous. We had to go to other food joint as a result. Restrooms were fine and easily accessible.

It sucks that this is the only place nearby. The older employee is incompetent. Wouldn't sell to a 23 year old because her ID pic had a different hairstyle. I have not once had a nice encounter with any of the employees. They are so rude. It's clear they hate their life. Trash.

A welcome respite when riding long dusty roads. I stopped here for gas and to fuel myself up after riding across the badlands from Santa Maria. Everyone was really friendly and the food looked tasty but after hours of 120+ temperatures I was only interested in liquid fuel.

Stopped here many times to use the bathroom facilities.......gotten a Subway sandwich more than once,  but not today. Good clean restrooms. AND they help out vets 👍👍👍

Very nice shell gas station at the corner of Taft highway and Highway 166. The inside of the store is very clean and every time I’ve been here the employees have been very nice and helpful. They also have some hot food such as fried chicken, burritos etc. Also attached inside the station is a Subway sandwich company.

3/2022 NO FUEL

Store is open and has a restroom but the pumps are getting worked on. Had to go up the road a few miles for fuel.
