I ordered 2 reflexology soles and 1 pair of compression socks on Oct 26, 2018. My payment through Pay Pal came out on Oct 27, 2018. All were delivered to my door on Dec 15, 2018. My order was as expected. The soles came with very easy to follow directions and were easy to trim to fit my shoes. I just got them today. When I have worn them about a month, I will review again and buy for the rest of my family. This is a reputable company.

I ordered a pair of insoles from these guys but their system messed up and charged me twice for a single pair of insoles. The insoles themselves aren't bad I guess but they don't make much of a difference. After emailing the company for almost 2 months giving them proof of the double charge and the fact that I wanted my money back for the second pair that I never ordered they kept trying to sell me a second pair to make up for the double charge which I refused multiple times, they even went as far as sending a pair to the postal office in my area after I very clearly stated I didn't want a second pair. I am not sure who is inichargr of the customer service, but this company gave me the cost popossibe customer experience ever. And I have also never received my $50 for the second pair. As a chef I do not have the time to go to court over things like this so I gave up trying to explain the situation to every person who contacted me to who I had to explain the situation again and again. Worst company ever, do not purchase from them, they will steal your money.
