After charging us, they realized that they did not have the size we ordered and they went They tell us that they are going to charge us the difference WHEN EVERYTHING WAS ALREADY PAID. Having seen this, I tell them if they can put the medium size in a large container simply by filling less and they tell us in a bad way and with a derogatory tone that that is not going to work for us. ice cream and that they take it away from our order instead of telling us politely that they can't do that. (If they had told us politely, I wouldn't bother paying the difference even if it was their fault.) All of this has come down to us They have looked at us badly as if we had done something wrong, asking if the fix could be done, in short, shameful. Neither I nor my partner nor anyone around me will go again.
We went on Friday night and the truth is that to our surprise the girl who served us was very friendly and smiling. Lately every time we went to this chain we were disappointed. Of course, as always, a shortage of toppings.
I went with my friends to eat ice cream and received terrible service from the salesperson named Natalia. But the llaollao is very delicious. Although if they are going to treat me that way I don't know if I will return.
