I would give them 0 stars if that were possible, it is a place where the salespeople are arrogant and know nothing about customer service. I asked for their support in reprinting a purchase receipt and it took them over a week and they did not send it to me as requested. Very good product, but due to the terrible service I will not return to that branch at least.
If you want to wait 10 minutes standing without a “salesperson” offering you help and without being allowed to enter the store, this is your place.

Terrible service. The price of the iPad mini was X and they overcharged me 1,000. They kept me waiting 20 minutes to refund. They refunded it to my card and I told them I would be back in an hour. I came back and they had already taken down the price sign and supposedly already sold the iPad Mini. Obviously the sign with the price was not updated and they wanted to string me a thousand more pesos. The excuse when it came to returning was that they asked them from Santa Fé for that iPad.
Never dial because they answer and hang up on you because they are too lazy to answer you and then they say that the call does not come in but you being there you can see how they do it
