Broke my screen protector unnecessarily removing it and refused replacement. Extremely overpriced repairs. 1* feedback provided to Apple. They then sent me multiple emails telling me it’s within their policy. Have another 1* review for your service.
If you have trouble with airpods better go for a different shop. First they figured after reviewing that there was a technical issue (no recording properly first 2 seconds) and no cleaning issue. They told me my AirPods would get replaced and a week later I got a standardized mail that they would need to clean them first and charge me around 30 USD. After calling to make sure there’s no misunderstanding, they affirmed they would first clean (and charge me for it) and then they would most probably sent them in anyway for replacement. So first make me loose time and then charge me for a unnecessary service! Very bad practice and even worse experience.
Update: They didn’t even bother to explain themselves when I went to get the AirPods. Literally don’t care about their customers.
Don't trust these guys. They charge you for doing a diagnostic to find what the problem is. And when they can't find the problem, they charge you anyway. Had my motherboard changed there and, suspiciously, my airport card stopped working just a week after. Never had problem with it before. Now they're asking for $3,500 to replace the airport (a cheap part that takes 10 minutes to replace).
I have reported my concerns to Apple and you should do the same if you have any problems with them.
EDIT: my girlfriend had her HDD cable changed here. It had a 3 month guarantee. 3 months later it broke again. WHAT A SURPRISE

Was sold a cellular Apple Watch that isn’t compatible with my region. Do not buy from here. Go to the real Apple Store

Muy mal servicio, don’t trust the Service repair people.! They charged for the diagnostico 2 times for the same issue.! Go somewhere also..!
