Very good service from the advisors, they had what I was looking for and also supported me in advising me on my new equipment

Terrible service, they take a while to respond, they tell you to wait for the technician at a table but they don't tell you how long it will take and until you ask they tell you that in an hour, already having more than 20 minutes waiting!!!! !

I went to the ishop store in HERMOSILLO to have my iPhone checked because the calls could not be heard. and the first thing they did was charge me 590.00 to clean it and to tell me that that was not the problem, that the screen had to be changed, they did not care to see it from that side but the first thing they did was charge me first supposedly because it was dirty, They delivered it and after 4 days the volume was no longer useful, WHEN YOU CALL THEM THEY NEVER ANSWER!!! VERY BAD AND EXPENSIVE SERVICE!! in quotes, the products are of quality and the service is VERY BAD!!! but when you buy a device from them the attention is 100%.

The worst experience, follow-up and attention from the technical service of that store. It took them 11 days to diagnose! When they told me that my battery replacement would take only 7 days (already repaired). They never called me as indicated in the emails where I was requesting status. Terrible service, they did not solve the problem, there was no good follow-up, no attention and for how expensive it is...

They have 5 people, of which 1 is handling sales, 1 services and the rest are watching Netflix on computers and tablets, I have been waiting for 2 hours... I thought that technology goes hand in hand with efficiency.
