Terrible service and terrible branch, I made an order for my iPhone 15 pro
Max since Sep., they would mark you and send you an email when your team arrived at the branch, which never happened and when I decided to go and ask last Saturday (because for me 2 months had already been quite a long time) I was super relieved of my shame. They said, oh, yes, it's already here, we'll probably dial you and send you an email and you didn't check it. Obviously, I told them that never happened. I showed them my email and told them to check their call history and they actually never dialed. Obviously I had not backed up my iPhone so I told him I would return the next day, my backup took too long so I was able to go to the branch on Monday because I was worried that I would lose it, so to ask for help because I was very worried. to make my backup, when I arrived I met a girl (I don't remember her name) but she was really super friendly and helped me a lot, but the guy/girl who was at that time as “manager” was super rude and had a terrible attitude and he never wanted to solve it, the next day my boyfriend showed up to make the change and they never wanted to give it to him, I had to go get him and they told me right away that they had to charge me $17,000 thousand pesos to be able to give me the cell phone (something which they never told me) which is why they don't have the card and leave mine, the reason is that they tell me we can charge any credit card even if it is not yours, just don't mention that you are not the owner and that's it, that is That was what bothered me the most because how easily can they tell you that and trust that you are swiping your card at a secure establishment? Yes, I went back and forth a lot and I preferred to cancel my purchase there and make it better at Perisur.

I went to make the warranty on my 3rd generation AirPods valid, the technician who helped me seemed like he was doing me a favor because since I arrived he treated me with a face, when I opened the box of my AirPods I threw them away without taking the slightest care or delicacy with the equipment, he told me that they were going to check them and if they needed repair they would proceed to warranty and that if their diagnosis did not show any problem they would charge me $500 for the service... I have been using Apple products for quite a few years now so I The few times I used a warranty for said product, they had never mentioned paying $$$$ for any service. It is illogical that they want to charge you when your product has a current warranty... I told the technician that I was not going to pay even a single peso because my AirPods have a warranty so he started to have a rude attitude and I decided it was better to leave this store... BEWARE!! Reading other people's opinions about this branch, they also complained about the $$$ charge for the diagnosis (service) for their products with a current warranty. Personally, I have a feeling that this store has its scams or illegal ways of scamming people for their benefit. own benefit… I asked to speak to the manager and when I told him about the situation he did not care, saying only “an apology” without wanting to make the slightest effort to solve things…
That same day I went to ISHOP DE PERISUR and the treatment had nothing to do with Ishop at Coapa galleries, the Perisur staff was very friendly and so were the technicians, I did not mention my experience at Coapa galleries because I wanted to see if they would apply the same to me, Well, what do you think... at no time did they mention to me the happy payment for the diagnosis (service) and without problems they agreed to repair my AirPods, be careful with these guys from Ishop galleries Coapa because apparently they seek to scam people for their own benefit...
Excellent service from the technician, he was very transparent in changing the software on my cell phone and also guided me step by step on the probabilities of repair, what the process and cost would be. The problem was resolved in less than an hour and everything was really great. Highly recommended :D
