I made an appointment to change the battery of a phone, everything was fine until then, they received it and told me that a technician would contact me the next day, he did, he contacted me to tell me: we can't change the battery why apparently? screen you have some details and nothing can be done, to which I asked him, how much does the screen cost? And he tells me: $8300.00 pesos! 😨 So I took my phone to people authorized to change parts and etc. and for a repair of $2122.00 (price of changing the battery) I was going to spend $10422.00. I canceled the repair and that the next day I was going to get my equipment, however first tell me that you can very well come for your equipment but you will be charged $499.00 for the diagnosis! 🤦🏻♂️
In short, I took my equipment to an Apple authorized person so they could tell me, yes, we can repair it, but you have to spend more and if you don't want to, then we are going to pay you 499 pesos for telling you that we are not going to repair it! Thank you.
Now I understand why more people turn to third parties to repair their phones! Thanks for nothing!
I don't normally write reviews, but this was a HORRIBLE experience. I am very disappointed with the iShop store in Averanda because they did not solve my problem when they delivered me a faulty device. I left my computer for maintenance and they broke it and it no longer works. I'm going to have to buy a completely NEW computer because they wanted to charge me 18,000 pesos to fix my computer that was working completely fine before they worked on it. It was supposed to be a simple cleaning and now it won't turn on. They offered no warranty and the customer service was horrible. I wouldn't recommend this store unless you want unprofessional people working on your computer and terrible service if something goes wrong. Carry your computer at your own risk. If I could give it 0 stars I would give it 0. It was a terrible experience!
