Terrible store and service. I asked for a particular product and was sold the incorrect prodcut, which i wasn't to know until it was opened. A day later they refused to exchnage it because it had been opened. I will never shop here again and will go out of my way to tell as many people as i can not to either. And Mexico wonders why it's economy is rubbish. Buy online from non-Mexican stores people.
A total disappointment in the attention, I went to get a cover and when I asked the guy who was there he only told me: there they are pointing out there were a lot of covers, anything I asked him he answered in a bad way. I think that if you are not happy with your job you should resign or if the company is not training you, request training because the truth is it is a terrible purchasing experience, we do not get to have things regulated for us, we are customers and if we are not going to receive good service at least a little attention and interest. The owners, managers or whatever should pay attention to this situation and at the moment the truth is that I would not recommend going to this branch if they do not want to have a bad time.

The guy who helped me seems to not know about his job. He wanted to charge me 2500 to restore the operating system of my computer that was 2 months old... I called the call center and they resolved it in 2 minutes without charging anything. In the end there was nothing wrong with my computer nor did it need to be reset.
