Terrible attention from most of the employees, in my personal experience I went to ask about a pre-sale that I had made and the 2 ladies who served me were rude and doing less, and with problems they attended to me (one of them seemed like she didn't know which company He worked; I asked him about iShopMixup and his answer was “like in this store”), nothing recommendable in pre-sales and in-store sales, almost all the employees are terrible. And as an additional comment, do not make a pre-sale on iShopMixup, since there are people who made a pre-sale from 6 AM (online) and those who made a pre-sale in the store after 11 (in store), to the people who booked at 11 or after In the store they respected the item's release date and the people who pre-sold online (long before they opened the store) are delivering the item almost 2 weeks later, not respecting the order in which the orders were placed, and skipping a clause of theirs that says that they were going to deliver them in the order in which the orders were placed.
