The employees really have a very bad attitude, as are their technicians. They try to deceive people. Today I went to ask for information about the technical service on a computer and they told me that nothing could be done because the board was soldered, when they didn't even know what model of computer it was, the worst thing is that the technician didn't even deign to come out and I just send someone to say it. Apparently they are only sellers who like easy sales of iPhones, it really is seen that they do not know about their work or give a good service.
An employee assured me that my iPhone had a non-original screen because of the blue glow around it when I was trying to purchase a new device. I told him that the only place where my equipment received maintenance was that same place, in May 2021, for which I have proof. It was a battery replacement due to use. He insisted that it didn't look original. I asked him who could have made the change if I only brought it to this place for maintenance. And he said that it was impossible for his partner to do it because the team “is going with Apple.” I responded that how else could it be replaced if I didn't do it and it hasn't received any other maintenance, anywhere else. He didn't answer me. I told him that he was making me doubt the store given that situation. So I preferred to retire without buying the new equipment. I bought a Mac in the same store but I don't plan to go back because I don't know what they could do with my computers when maintaining them.
Terrible service in the service area today, March 31, 2023. I came in the morning due to the manufacturing problem with the first generation AirPods Pro, they told me to remove the pads and clean them completely so they could review at no cost and see if the quality program was applied. I did this and returned in the afternoon to see if they could now review them and they told me that it was very likely that the program would not apply and that they were going to charge me for the cost of the review, all wrong.
