Terrible service, not even Apple dares to charge you and they charge you almost even to enter the store. They pretend your devices are faulty to charge you for parts, including fancy terms to make you think they are working. It would have been a thousand times better to leave my device as it was because they DO NOT SOLVE ANYTHING. They have been the best way they have robbed me, for that alone they are to be congratulated.

There is no point in scheduling a prior appointment from their website, it turns out that in the end they make you wait whatever they want until “the technician” arrives to work, because for some reason he did not arrive at his work time. And even when you arrive without an appointment, they themselves tell you that to avoid waiting, it is better to schedule one before coming.

Unfortunately, I can only agree with the bad rating. The lazy and unmotivated technician had no desire or motivation to help me with my problem. He didn't even look at my device. In general, this is the second bad experience in Mexico with technicians in such Ishops... I often feel like I know more than the staff. While I'm talking I have to expose myself to sexist behavior. An impossible situation. NEVER go there for service and tech support. Devices can be bought anywhere. But isn't it the service you urgently need???

I worked in customer service for a long time. He always received the client with a smile and a greeting even if he only stopped by to use the bathroom. We cared about solving your problem. We showed him empathy. I cannot understand how, even leaving thousands of pesos in an establishment that is supposed to be respected, the manager does not deign to be courteous, or even acknowledge the presence of one. None "We'll take care of you right now, thanks for waiting." Like instead of being sorry that they can't fix something or provide something, they act like you're a bother. How do you say hello on public transport but treat those who pay your salary like nothing?

Good at collecting, bad at fixing. To be able to see the technician was already difficult, now they make you jump over obstacles as if you had all the time in the world. The worst thing is that neither the employees nor the manager care about you. A real Apple store never treats its customers like that. Even if you complain a thousand times, they listen to you and try to solve the problem. These "ishop" should be ashamed as a terrible representation of Apple.
