Bad as scrubbing. It takes the support guy 30 minutes to fill out the support request. 🤦🏻‍♂️ put someone qualified. He gives you a delivery day and doesn't meet it. They give you an appointment to pick up and they don't keep it either. Anyway. Apparently the support people are paid to be slow, useless and not giving the information. Don't even come close to the most trashy service I've ever seen. It should be called ishop of well-being

Terrible service, the person who was serving today at approximately 6 pm was in a very bad mood and with a terrible attitude he forbade us to see the equipment that was on DISPLAY.

Terrible service, a salesperson felt technical and made fun of my wife, they told us that they could not accept the iPhone because of some scratches, when what caused the scratches is the mica that protects the screen I was almost ready to hit the seller for being mocking. Very very bad service

Appalling. If you plan to take your cell phone so that they take it into account, you better not do it. They waste your time so that after 1 hour they tell you that they are not in good condition when directly on the Mac they offered me 6 thousand. I only went there because it was closer, but I will never go back. 2 days ago I had also bought some lenses for iPhone 14 pro there and they put them wrong. The seller with a face. Avoid going there. Better find a Mac.
