The security guard who seems like they are all criminals because he makes you feel like one when you are checking out what you want to buy, we went in and although there were employees it seemed like the store was shipping itself, he wanted the pink iPhone that came out but when he took it so he could see it the guard even moved from the door to see what he was going to do to the cell phone! This is not the first time something similar has happened, last time I ended up going to Polanco where they treated me wonderfully but I wanted to give this store another chance, which showed me that this is truly how both the guard and the salespeople work.

Bad service. My girlfriend was determined to buy a couple of products and we walked around looking at everything the store offered. When a worker approached us to tell us that if we weren't planning to buy, we should let other people in, because the store was full. Bought the same products in doto plus an original charger.

They are rude, with little tact. What is the manager doing there?…: And yet they represent two good brands, @Apple and Ishop. I recommend buying somewhere else or at another branch in case you have to follow up on some of their products. And I hope someone checks these comments.
