Terrible attention from the workers, there was a girl who, as soon as you ask her something, already looks bad at you, they are despots and seriously make you want to buy online or visit another store.
I went to get help because my new device was not updated correctly and would not let me transfer data and because of their attention I decided to go to another branch.
Bad attention.
Avoid going to this store seriously!

I have read many negative comments and it seems to work and changes were made to the store. I had to go twice to validate an AppleCare for an iPad.
From the moment you enter the store, there are about 3 people waiting at the door and whoever assisted me spoke to me politely and knew how to direct me to validate my guarantee.
The technical service staff attended to me quickly and was quite clear throughout the process, very good for that part.
the second visit was a bit different, this time there were 5 people at the entrance and I guess why there weren't many people, they were relaxing and got a bit annoyed that I had interrupted them. Although they still maintained their professionalism, their attitude dropped a few points, since the staff that was on duty looked tired and did not want to attend.
Again, the technical support staff took good care of me, they showed me my repaired iPad and they showed me that everything was fine. Good at this point.
Now to go I looked for a cover so that it would not break again and the saleswoman simply told me in a curt tone that they did not have it. Depending on the seller you see will be the attention he will give you.

One of the worst things I have seen in stores (supposedly top quality) according to them, their employees have the worst illness that a Mexican can have and I tell you this with great sadness.
They have septum disease, they get on one and get dizzy.
They make you wait by giving themselves an importance that is very difficult to understand...
