I've been using Apple’s product for a very long time and never have I had a problem with a product thus far.
Fortunately, my first time in customer service at iShop and my experience was perfect.
I was welcome by a technician who greeted me right away and asked what my issue was.
He managed to do a proper diagnosis and fixed my computer even quicker than he promised.
Thankfully the quality of the work was top-notch, everything looked and felt like it came straight out of the box.
Most importantly all staff seemed really trustworthy and honest people
Luckily my MacBook Pro running efficiently.
Despite the fact my first experience was pretty good, the second one was really disappointing.
Sadly, the technician was so rude and arrogant even though the problem was the same, in less than five minutes he assisted me without giving me much explanation of what happened to my computer also said the repair would take 5 days or so, at the end it took 2 weeks.
When I came to pick up my item, it took a long time to help me, at the end another technician repaired my computer.
I just went to buy a tablet, I wanted to see the equipment and I grabbed one that was on display. A man from the staff literally pulled the tablet out of my hands and told me that I was using it to complete a contract. But super arrogant super rude. Then the one who makes a face at you all the time. 🙄 In the entire store there is a glasses guy who serves you very well and gives you information as he should, I always look for him to make my purchases. It's not the first time I buy from them and they look super rude and strange all the time, that's the last time I buy something from them in that store with terrible service.
They treated us very well. We went for a guarantee on the license plates that they put on the phone (in another branch) and they satisfactorily resolved our problem.
The guy who installed them for us (Iván) was always willing to ensure that we were satisfied with the result of the installation.
The staff is somewhat despotic, I saw some headphones, when I left them a man in a gray shirt came very rudely to accommodate them, even braying out of anger. I rearranged them again to see what was happening and another of the staff did it again.
The entire time I was there they saw me as quite strange.
I don't know if they hate their jobs because they're going bald hahaha
Bad attention. There is an almost dwarfish brunette girl who is quite arrogant and doesn't even know how to give information. I asked to speak to the manager and he couldn't resolve anything. Terrible service.
