I asked an employee a question about the features of a headphone adapter I wanted to buy and he almost ended up scolding me about why I shouldn't put generic accessories in it.
I turned around and left.
The products are good, but the service is terrible, they do not answer calls or emails. They must improve that area, there should always be a person in charge in that area who can facilitate doubts for customers.🤷🏻♀️
Terrible service, I really did not enjoy my purchase, which should be a good experience, we left angry, they wanted to sell us what they wanted and forced their insurance, I wanted 2 identical pieces and because I did not buy their insurance they did not want to sell me the iPhone, appalling. The salesperson Veronica López should be removed from her position.
I do not recommend this trade at all. The service is terrible, the lady who offered me the equipment was very friendly at all times, however, the cashier had a negative attitude, I asked her certain things about Apple Care and she responded with annoyance. I was quite bothered by the attitude of the cashier who, if it weren't for the rush to purchase a cell phone, wouldn't make the purchase.
Likewise, the service on the internet is also terrible, at least in my first experience with this store, the situation was that my payment was not processed correctly to which the bank requested proof of cancellation of the order with certain requirements, the Commerce refused to provide me with said receipt and to date my balance is still withheld due to this situation (1 month).
