iShop Mixup Marina Town Center Cancun

Me and my husband stopped by because his iPhone screen went black, but we could still hear his phone ring and receive messages. The guy in the diagnostics service said he’s not sure what’s the problem and it will take 48 hours to diagnose the issue. We didn’t have 48 hours to wait because we were on vacation in Cancun. When we came back to the states, the Apple Store was able to tell us that we just needed a new screen. If you’re not a local, I wouldn’t waste my time and take a phone to get fixed at this shop since they aren’t competent.

This store is full of Apple Gadgets and Very helpful people. If you having issues with your Apple product, they can help. Just like the Apple store in the States, make sure you make an appointment for the tech guy to see you.

Very helpful and accomodating. They helped me to run a diagnostics test and troubleshoot my Iphone. They saved the day for me! Gracias a Fidel y a todo el staff!
