If you are a lord or lady and have thin skin, this store is not for you. The employees are unfriendly and will not treat you like the king or queen that you are. They serve you more lazily than when you wake up on a raw Sunday. If you already know what you want, you just arrive, ask for it, pay for it and leave.

I think I'm not the only one and they don't care at all about their quality... the “manager” Fausto allowing bad service for 15 minutes waiting for attention while 5 people, including the manager, were looking at their cell phone. You ask them something about the renewal of iPhone for life and according to them they don't know... clearly with terrible customer service

The guys who are in charge of "serving" are lousy, have a bad attitude, service, and are ignorant of the products they are supposed to know about. You ask technical questions and they only answer what the manuals say, that is, they read or try to read the product specifications. Not recommended

I have ordered an iPhone 15 Pro Max here but other places have already received their orders. I've been waiting for over a month without any news. Don't buy phones here.
