Great place to take a look to the latest Apple products and previous models too. This is an official authorized Premium Reseller. By the way, this company is from Carlos Slim group (CARSO) by the side of MixUp, so it is a guarantee they have all the original products, excellent service because the look to keep clients on their side for long time. I like this shop.
I was really dissatisfied with the service provided, they tried to overcharge me for a diagnostic for my AirPods that I didn’t even needed, to only tell me they don’t work because they have damages on the exterior (I mean I could see that for myself for free)
I was locked out of my iPad and needed the OS wiped and reinstalled. The sales assistant (Hugo) gave us prompt, courteous, and professional service. He reinstalled the OS without any problem and they charged a very reasonable fee of 250 pesos. I am very happy with this store and highly recommend it. I should also mention that I don't speak Spanish, but it was still a good experience because Hugo spoke with us in English.
Terrible experience. Battery recall forced me to take the laptop in (yes, the laptop was swelling up). Took 3 weeks to replace a stupid battery, took 3-4 days to diagnose, then they discover they don't have any batteries so they have to order them. Then when you get to the store to pickup the laptop, you have to wait 45 minutes before they will actually give you your laptop back, no telling how long they would have made me wait had I not started making a scene. Spanish skills are a must when dealing with these people, their best english speakers have only very rudimentary skills.
I was also looking at having the speakers replaced in the macbook pro due to busted voice coils, they wanted $3000MXN for that. So, needless to say, that didn't happen.
If you can find anyone else to repair the product, go there instead. Or just wait until you can get to another town where maybe they have an authorized repair provider.
Never ever go to that place!!! My laptop wasn't charging(otherwise workig perfectly fine) and I had to use the service there. The diagnostics takes 3-4 days and there is no eay it can be quicker, besides that the service department doesn't work during the weekends. But lets get back to my story, 5 days passed and no response nor email, nothing. When I went there they told me that it was the card(la tarjeta principal) and it costs 14,000 pesos to fix it!! That's absurd cause if that was the reason the laptop wouldn't work at all! I asked for the laptop and my laptop was charged and working up to 80%!!! I visited another service center and luckily it was the woltage of my charger that was insufficient. I am pretty pissed off and I think I will even email Apple about my case. So long story short- don't go there, it is not worth it!
