Huge Apple users. Visiting the area and taxi took us to wrong location. Staff wouldn’t even help by naming a taxi company or help in any way. No customers in the store. Probably the least helpful person in Mexico. Not a good image to be associated with Apple.

It's all a robbery! They promise you a guarantee in case of damage and when you want to make it valid they give you a thousand excuses not to repair your equipment, in this case they delivered it to us damaged by themselves and they also charged us. Do not go to this branch

Terrible service, they lend themselves to fraud, they do not ask for identification when they charge large amounts to your card. Don't buy there.
