Extremely terrible. I tried to take my MacBook Air here when the trackpad quit working inexplicably and they wanted to keep it for 3 days minimum and charge me 2399 pesos for cleaning. They don't deserve your business.

Very poor service, one of the worst Mixup iShops I have visited. Go to Santa Fe’s iShop instead, if you’re gonna go to customer service better not go with these guys. They think they’re doing you a favor when taking your money.

6 people that do not attend you Even if you are on time for your appointment. When I asked how much I have to wait they become aggressive. Sad, because the tech service is not bad.

The Staff is tech-savvy and kind. The service is very good, as far to get a new device as for technical support. Dogs allowed, there’s car and bike parking.
