I needed to buy a new iPhone while spending a couple of weeks in Guadalajara. The staff at iShop were very helpful. They set it up for me as I was afraid I’d hit some problems (I did). Spanish is not my first language but there were no issues. A good experience.

There is no option to give you zero star rating otherwise i would have given that, it was my worse experience in this shop. They were trying to take out your warranty instead of servicing it. NEVER EVER TRY TO VISIT THIS FOR ANY REASON
