I PREFER TO BUY IN ONLINE STORES!! If I could leave 0 stars I would, apparently to be a salesperson in this store you must be arrogant and a disgusting person. Of the “50” vendors there, they only get in the way, so small as the place is, they don't even let you pass, and of the “20” cashiers there, no one wants to charge you, they just talk among themselves. How is it possible that MixUp has this inept staff. In my case, I already had the iPhone 15 pro max set aside and ready to pick up, but when I went to the checkout I waited for more than 20 minutes for someone to attend and when they did. Making gestures of rejection, the cashier told me “what do you want!” I immediately canceled my purchase and decided to order on Amazon. Fortunately, there was already stock on Amazon. And I can't believe this disastrous attitude to the customer.
Yesterday at noon I went to request advice regarding my iPhone 14 PM, and from the entrance the girl Marisol received me very well, she listened carefully to my doubts and for the technical service issue she knew how to detect the fault and channel it with the TechPeople staff right there . Although I have seen many negative comments or reviews that describe the staff as "not wanting to serve", I myself witnessed when another customer entered the store, a guy approached him to ask if he could help him with something, and the guy didn't say anything. He answered and didn't even turn to look at him. Several times as consumers we complain about the bad service offered by certain establishments, but we must be aware that there are also bad customers, like the guy from yesterday...
Today I went to the Antea branch with the hope of purchasing my first iPhone and the truth is that the girl who helped me made me want to buy there again, it was not even to offer me the charger cube, very bad service I would not return that store. On the ticket it says that it was the saleswoman with number 220175
