What a nice Service. Needed some batteries and the person there opened the small light and put the batteries for me and took his time to help. Thank you.

Seemed disorganized.Not enough cashier's. Nuts and bolts not price labeled and caused excessive delays. People are pleasant enough.

Great hardware store if you can find it.. if you need it chances are you live in Old Saybrook or one of the surrounding towns. I started coming here because the Home Depot is a 25 minute drive away.. it's actually quite a large store and you can get just about anything that you would find in Home Depot except for lumber and similar products.. very well laid out and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly.. the place is especially good for those emergency Hardware needs.
