Ziegler's Ace-South Elgin

They have what I want and have what I need. Best place to find that weird bolt no one ele carries. Always well stocked.

I went there to get new keys cut/made, for my house. Ron was great. He made sure the keys were perfect. I love Ace.

The experience I had at this Ace is pretty consistent with others. Service was ok to good. It's a little annoying to wait for two employees to finish talking about nothing before I can get my question in but it is what it is. Our standards for customer service are very high. The store looks a bit dated. As it typical, it was packed with merchandise. A couple missing items in the pool and bird section but outside of that, very full. There was not wait and plenty of employees.

This store has lots of variety and stock! Clean and organized store. And the cashier was very friendly and helpful.

Always curtious and knowledgeable staff. Great atmosphere. More intimate shopping experience than the "big box" stores.
