I was there for Black Friday and I love the merchandise everything was beautiful and really good prices I couldn't of my size but I understand it was such a busy day I just want to go back to the fashion Mall and enjoy your store

There was a staff meeting in the store while I was trying to get help, they were gossiping about other staff. I couldn’t be help even though I tried getting their attention.

This is absolutely insane. A weekday and they have one register desk open only and the line is at least 30 people long. You need to do WAY better Zara.
