It is a great place where kids can spend time off screen and parents can have some time to themselves. My 15 - and 11 years old kids had an amazing time there. They not only have trampoline but have other activities like escape room and etc as well. Also, there is a cafe. The best part is that only the participants have to pay for the tickets. The prices are reasonable. The best way to secure your spot is to purchase your tickets online. Lastly, their customer service is amazing. I had a few questions before purchasing passes, and they replied promptly.

We just celebrated my daughter’s 12th birthday at XtremeHopp. Everything from booking to the party day was a complete breeze. The service was wonderful and the staff is super friendly. The owner checked in with us at the end of our party to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and that meant the most to me. You can tell he takes great pride in his business because the employees are happy and it makes a difference in the atmosphere. Thank you for a stress free party XtremeHopp!

Fun place but horrible sanitation. Caught the flu from this place. The masks for axe throwing were not clean. When I asked for them to clean it, they cleaned it with a dirty rag. Also I have no idea the last time they cleaned their foam pit. Once they get their sanitation up to par, they will be worth more stars.

Wonderful Place for Kids, Definitely recommend to visit and have Fun. visited for a bday party and my kid had wonderful time playing all around the place. winter is the best time for kids to enjoy and get exhausted. One improvement that I would recommend is to have less number of Bday parties at the same time, it was too crowded as there were many parties allocated at same time.

I had one of the worst experiences I’ve had at an establishment in years. I booked online for a specific appointment time. After driving half an hour to get to there, I was told that my jump time couldn’t be honored due to a party that was taking place. I simply just wanted a refund. The initial response was that I would receive an email in a couple of days stating that I would receive a refund. I didn’t want to leave without getting a confirmation for a refund on the spot. When I asked to speak to the owner, he avoided trying to give me my money back and just kept sending the kids at the front desk back and forth with his replies which ultimately ended up causing me to be there for an additional half an hour. It was poor customer service on the owners part as well as poor communication. However, the kids at the front desk handled the situation far better than the owner!!!
