Absolutely AMAZING experience today! The salesman was bubbly and full of super positive energy. He was warm and made delightful conversation with me as I browsed. It was very welcoming and a ray of sunshine in my day for sure. The store smelled great and was filled with nothing but good vibes and amazing products. We recently moved to Hewitt from Indianapolis where we lived our WBU store! We were so excited to find one right here-- the same wonderful service we have come to cherish. The staff are knowledgeable and so incredibly helpful!

It is such a pleasure shopping at this wild birds Unlimited location. They have a fantastic selection, and Errol is such a pleasure to speak with. He’s extremely knowledgeable about different birds and is so friendly and personable. I could purchase bird seed anywhere but I love coming here.

Have been going here for about 2 years after moving to the Waco area. The WBU in Austin was not anything nearly as good as this store!!! Along with loving the products, I love it when Jack (the parrot) is in store. I love it when Erol is behind the counter to regale me with bird stories and information. I just totally enjoy going to this location. I have taken others and recommended to more. This is the only place from which "my" birds will receive their goodies!

If you like birds and other types if decorations aswell PLEASE go here. I absolutely reccomend. I don't even have a bird and this is my favorite store of 2020 by far. The atmosphere is so cozy, there's bird videos and noises in the store, not too loud not too quiet. The employees are very nice as well. They also have a pet bird, he's an African Gray. They have everything bird.
