Wild Birds Unlimited

I Love this place!! It has awesome stuff to feed n water all different kinds of wild birds. They never disappoint. I love the mess free sunflower chips for my wild bids. Everyone is so helpful n willing to answer questions.

Although I continue to purchase from this store I am constantly dismayed at the customer service and the general staff. First off I have not encountered a single person at this Wild Birds Unlimited that knows anything about birds -- how is that possible. When I mention a rarer bird that I have seen whoever is behind the counter could care less and does not even know what I am talking about. Secondly, the staff is either too old to know what they are doing or how to do their job quickly or too young to care. The staff does not get themselves out from behind the counter to help their customers or try to answer questions willingly. Yes I am a member but I am seriously considering going back to ordering online.

They seem like very nice people and I appreciate what they're doing, and I'm certain they've been whipsawed by inflation like all of us. I've been shopping there for ten years, and there's one thing that has become aggravating. First, they've become a "membership" org to get the best price. Second, when you check out, they constantly tell you how much you "saved." Please don't treat me like I'm stupid. I didn't "save" anything. I spent. I know that, so just charge me what you have to and I can decide whether it's worth the cost. In fact this summer we found that our bird feeding costs have gotten out of control so I've switched to a less expensive source where they don't constantly tell me what I've "saved." they just charge me the price and let me decide. Marketers have led the infantilization of the American public.

Fantastic service, prices, and products. They had exactly what I was looking for and then some! Highly recommend them for seed, feeders, baths, fun products and more!

Did you guys have an amazing stock of stuff to feed the birds in the yard also the staff is really knowledgeable and can get you the right stuff for the area of town you live in and the kind of birds that live nearby I get all of my bird feeding needs taken care of here
