White's Ace Hardware at Carmel

Great little Ace in the middle of the town. I choose this place when others may be cheaper because it’s a nice little store and to have nice little stores, you need to visit them and spend money in them. It’s no Amazon, Lowe’s, Menards, or Home Depot…and that’s the point. Use their app - it’s generally good for a discount or two. Great selection of high end grills including Yoder offset smokers.

Everything you expect from a quality hardware store, lots of selection, quality employees and fair prices.

Been going here for over a decade, and while it is the only choice for downtown Carmel it is one of the best hardware stores in the north Indy area. Lots of staff always helpful to find me every disparate thing for my projects. Not the widest selection, but always have at least one instance of what I need. Prices are comparable to a big box, but far better, faster help and convenience. They also support the local community, from Riley, the lions club, and Boy Scouts. They deserve your loyalty over the big boxes.

Was there at opening time 8am Friday. Due to the Storm the previous night, we like the nearly 90,000 other AES customers had been without power some 16 hours for me. So I needed a few things! I have difficulty now that I’ve gotten older, with prolonged walking and standing due to injuries. I was able to come in and sit at at nearby chair and give them a list of my items. They were very understanding, and had no problem doing my shopping for me so that I did not have to walk around the store. That was greatly appreciated and I really enjoyed your store. From what I could see, It was very neat orderly and clean. Thanks for helping me out, I really appreciate it. I would recommend anyone shop here.

I love this store so much. Always immediately greeted and gaged to be helped by someone. I know I can get in an out super fast even when I need something strange (Damp rid or a weird cleaner or drain opener) or a random certain screw. My grandpa used to work at this store and I always feel his warm vibes there. I know someone will smile, will cheerfully help me out and give me good guidance like my grandpa did!
