Terrible customer service and communication skills. Taking for days to weeks to get the paperwork processed. I was told that I had to make an appointment with them to be "fitted" for a wheelchair. I can't stand up or walk around at the moment. Owner was very condescending to me and rude. I have switched to a new local supplier.i wouldn't recommend this place.
