Has great selection of parts but failed on a couple fronts. First, I received no updates on the status of my order for a week, so I contacted them. At that time, they informed me that what I ordered was out of stock and I needed to choose an alternative. So I did. If I hadn't reached out I guess they just would have waited however long for it to be restocked? And, by the way, I paid a hefty FedEx shipping charge for a delivery that ultimately took about 10 days to get out the door. Next, I ordered a KIT for replacing bearings on a wheelchair. The description indicates that it includes parts for a COMPLETE replacement of bearings on the chair. It did include listing of the number of bearings but unless you are experienced in wheelchair maintenance, you would likely not know that you only have half of what you need. Upon contacting customer service, they informed me that the description indicates the number of bearings and then informed me that the additional bearings, which costs about $14 would cost $40 something with shipping. I sought another company and paid $8 in shipping instead.
