Western Montana Lighting

Building a home can be stressful between the hundreds of decisions to make…so I was grateful to have a stress-free and absolutely wonderful experience with Western Montana Lighting! I was referred to them through a friend (and I probably owe her dinner or a drink now). Drew set us up to meet with Lauren at their showroom to discuss our needs for lighting. I appreciated that they asked us for some information about our lighting needs upfront - what we liked, floor plan, etc. Lauren took the time to review what we sent so she got to know us and what we were looking for…even before we met in the showroom. At the showroom (which was absolutely beautiful), Lauren greeted us and chatted with us about what we had sent her to get a little more information. We did a walk through of the showroom with her and she was so honest and knowledgeable about the lighting options. She made spot-on recommendations for us and was efficient with our time together. She perfectly balanced providing direction (so that we didn’t feel too overwhelmed) with giving us enough autonomy (to make sure our lighting reflects the look of our home). We are so happy with our first meeting and feel so good about our lighting options! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From the moment I walked in to the store I was instantly in love with all of the fixtures and the customer service. This place is top notch. They have something for everyone from elite super high end two I don’t wanna break the bank but I want something beautiful. I was looking for something fancy and glam for my master bedroom. Something that it’s very feminine but had a little bit of a masculine vibe so my husband wouldn’t instantly hate it. My sales rep Lauren Faris was up to the challenge. She found me the most beautiful piece that even my husband loves. Thank you!

When our Electrician came to install our trim out, he noticed one of the light fixtures was damaged when he opened the box. Amanda was very friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to find a replacement and make sure that the replacement had all the right pieces and was undamaged. This is extremely great customer service!

The selection looks incredible, and I love that a lot of the products are locally made (and more are at last US made), however, no one offered assistance. I was in the store for over half an hour and no one said so much as “hi” to me. I expected more from the “terrific service” than barely a nod in my direction, from a sitting position behind a desk. I wandered around the building 3 or 4 times, stood at the desk twice and was barely acknowledged (a few glances up and a couple smiles...but not a single verbal “hi. Anything we can help you with today?” With 8 or 9 employees, I’m sure someone could have offered something?
