About a dozen calls in and still no call back. Every time we are told someone will contact you before the end of the day. 9-19-23 got a response to my review on their website, but still no phone call back from anyone even a request for the owner to call me and same thing still no call back. As of right now there will never be any future business from our family and not sure the businesses we deal with will want to continue their business either.

Do not use this place! After buying a heat pump from them 2 years ago they will not return my calls as I am having trouble with it!

June 8th 2022. REAL CUSTOMER DON'T USE THIS COMPANY YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!! My outside unit messed up so I called West Virginia heating and cooling. they did show up the next day is the only positive thing I can say about this company they are quick to come to mess up your unit. After he worked for about 10 minutes I come outside with a bottle of water for him to find out he doesn't have the correct tools to fix my unit. I have three kids under eight so I offered him my own personal tools and ran him my own extension cords so he could finish his job to keep my kids cool no biggie good dad's do what they can for the little ones. 30 minutes later he tells me to turn it on and he leaves. 10 minutes after that the fan blade kicks on and cuts all the hot wires he left exposed throughout my unit it shuts down again. And just like that I'm back to where I started. A full week goes by of 80-90 degree weather and me calling everyday to get the same response (your hvac guy has not been around the office and he's not returning any phone call I don't know what county he is even In I also left him voicemails) mind you I live less than a football field away so daily I would drive to the adjacent parking lot and watched all the HVAC Vans would pull in and people would leave in their personal vehicles mmm love being lied to. A full week goes by of excuses why it's left like this and no one is here to fix it. So in conclusion if you would like wire nuts scattered in your yard cut wires thrown inside your unit having to pick up other people's trash after they leave and charge you hundreds of $$$ being lied to daily and having your outside unit turned into a electric fence, just to be in the same boat as before you called and have to fix it yourself. then this is the company for you. Absolutely worthless!!! while your reading this check out pics I left and yes this is how he left it wires everywhere 0/10 do not recommend!!!!!!

Don’t waist your time. I approved a system replacement quote and was told they would contact me to schedule. 4 weeks and multiple phone calls later, they are ignoring me. Now I am stuck looking for another company. I will now have to wait several more weeks to get on the schedule for another company. They will be disrespectful of your time and you should use another company.

This company is the best!! (Backstory) There’s nothing worse than having your HVAC stop working on a hot day and having no one to come out to help. This happened to me and it took three days of let downs from my home warranty company and phone calls to many companies till I finally was able to find some who would help me! (Experience) My help was a gentlemen named Dave, from WV Heating and Cooling … he came to my rescue to fix my older unit today that had broken down on me. He did such a great job, he was friendly, more than fair, honest, and worked quickly to restore our system when I couldn’t get scheduled in at any other place that I had called and that my service provider had tried to call. I am beyond grateful and intend on calling WV Heating and Cooling Services for all my future needs! Thanks again!!
