Walmart Up town

Walmart Uptown is a clean and well stocked store. When comparing prices you will find that this corporate giant has the ability to price items a little lower than their competitors. The main thing you will notice Is unlike other Walmart stores the staff here provides excellent customer service. I was looking for a certain item and interrupted a staff member that was stocking some items and instead of pointing me to an aisle they helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The main problem that I have at this and all Walmarts are the self checkout registers. I don’t like them and never think I will, but the reality is that these self checkout monsters help companies save money and they are not going away.

It had turkeys! I bought my first smoked turkey, it was delicious today. They have a lot of what gourmet stores have at that location.

What ever you want, this site also has a good electrical section with loads of accessories. The space is open so easy to navigate. Checkouts can get a bit busy, they should open more as needed, The self serve has been an issue both times we used it for only a couple of items, once it could not be fixed by staff so we still had to line up at a checkout. I prefer the checkouts as it keeps people employed.

Good produce selection, clean and organized store.

Super convenient if you're staying at the Hilton Garden Inn. All the necessities plus a full grocery section. Pharmacy folks are friendly and helpful if you are visiting from outside the country.
