Walmart Supercenter

When we moved here 2 years ago we were so impressed and taken in by the friendliness & helpfulness of the employees & people who lived in the area. My wife is disabled & people were always asking her if they could help whenever she looked like she needed assistance. What a difference 2 years can be make. Today the Walmart handicapped cart that my wife was using, stopped working when we exited the store. We couldn't get it to move & my wife can't walk. I got a regular cart to transfer our groceries into but some store employees near by didn't even offer to help. I ended up dragging my wife & her cart back into the store. I am 70 years old & you would think one of the younger store employees could at least step over & to offer to help. So much for customer service!

Your average Walmart Supercenter accept for its much better then the California Walmarts because in California a lot of item a are behind a glass and you have to get customer service to come get it out for you. Not at this store. Everything was cleaned and well organized. Came to get some drinks for the river and an air mattress pump all which they had for a good price.

I usually have fairly decent luck with getting what I'm needing from the store. Though today I placed an online order and now it's saying I have a two hour delay. I tried to call to get a update and no one is answering the phone. It's really hard to get a hold of someone in pick-up. I understand that they're busy but it would be nice to get a update on my order.

It's a Walmart. It was not overly clean, a lot of items weren't stocked even though you could SEE the product on the top shelf. Employees look and act like they're dead inside. Pretty much like any other Walmart.

This Walmart is is amazing. Compared to our Apple Valley walmart, It is about four times larger with an incredible inventory of everything. Always well stocked and clean. Out of the hundreds of phone covers, I couldn't believe they had the exact one for our phones. Everything you need . A One-Stop Shopping Center.
