Prices are the highest I have seen, higher than Pittsburgh, higher than Atlanta. They make people pay, if you know what I mean. And they are consistently out of things that I have seen stocked in other places. It's like this community is being penalized by high prices and low supply. I haven't even been able to find the right formula for my child!
Service in the Automotive department was TERRIBLE!!!! Brought in a battery to get checked, they said I had one person ahead of me after charging my battery 30 minutes so they removed it. So I waited an hour, they didn't have it connected right and had to charge it again! So I ran some errands just to come back to find it still hasn't been charged. I got there at 2:30pm I left with an uncharged battery at 4:20pm absolutely horrible!! I spent my whole afternoon here for nothing!!!! Waste of time and waste of energy
I missed lunch and was on the way to Tylertown so decided to stop here and grab a $5 bag to time me over! The drive through was wrapped around the building, and I mean all the way around it! I decided to pack and go inside. As soon as I got inside I knew that was a mistake. There were people waiting to place orders and a lot of people waiting for orders. It appeared that instead of taking one order after another, they would take an order and then fill a couple of orders-both inside and drive thru orders. No one person was dedicated to taking orders, you were at their mercy! This place was just a big confusion with nobody knowing what was going on!
Food was all hot and taste and my order was correct. At least that part was satisfactory. However, you should not have to wait 20-30 minutes for food at a fast food join. C- for Wendys!
Returned a battery a while back and the people couldn't read the number on the upc on the battery. They said it looked one way while my wife and I said another. Well they would not honor the warranty. I asked to see the store manager and both the ladies in automotive said he was off work. So next I called the complaint line . The lady on the line said talk to the store manager. I said what the others had informed me that he wasn't there. The lady in the line told me that he was there must be some kind of mistake. She couldn't get him on the line either. Well then she informed me that the mccomb Walmart store manager would call me between 1 and 4 days. That's been a couple of weeks ago. No call. It's ridiculous. All this over a sixty dollar car battery . The battery was under warranty . It's not worth to pursue it any farther. Though these ladies prejudices towards in automotive is a big problem at that store location. If they were white and I was an African American I would not have been treated this way. Remember if someone treats you or yours bad in the future that you helped someone justify themselves being hateful and rude to someone else. Stop the racism and hatred, or not and then see how everything works out.
My sister and I had made a delivery order. But they would not take the spending card which was fine.. so I had to go pick up the groceries we had ordered. I had to get a ride the first time I went they had no clue what I was talking about. Had to get order number. So came back got the order number from my sister phone.. u know because she has AN. ACCOUNT WITH THIS WALMART... Ok get back over there let them know we are back... After I had gotten a phone call from WALMART saying that our grocery order was ready to pick up.. we got there and waited FOREVER WHEN WE GOT HOME IT WAS THE WRONG ORDER. IT WAS FROM THE MONTH BEFORE.. THEY HAD GIVEN AWAY OUR ORDER... OMG IT WAS A LOT WORSE THAN THAT BUT I DONT HAVE ALL EVENING...
SO YES MY NAME IS ANGELICA RIDGEDELL AND THIS WALMART SUCKS!!!!
