Walmart Supercenter

I prefer to go in the mornings before it gets busy. They have self checkout which I prefer. Regular lines get crazy long of course. Always a big selection for food & clothes. Saw these dolls while picking up a birthday gifts and they were all messed up. They need better quality control for what they put on the shelves. Lots of $5 dvd's with good kids movies. Nice deals on TVs

I placed a pick up order through the app and it went to the wrong location which I didn't realize until I had arrived at my regular location and no one came out when I said I was ready to pick up my order. I attempted to call this location for the better part of an hour including trying multiple departments and I was either put on hold or it rang for over 10 minutes each time. Still have not been able to talk to anybody but the pharmacist who did transfer me over to the front desk again only to be put on hold for a fifth time. Don't know if my order has been canceled officially and they're also telling me that in addition to it potentially not getting canceled at all that I could bring the order back if I drive the 30 minutes out of my way to pick it up at the wrong location. What?

Wish I could rate lower than 1 star. This store has rude employees. I brushed it off the first time, thinking that someone might be having a bad day. But I’ve been back twice since and they are all just rude and not friendly at all! Won’t be going back to this location.

I'm not a picky customer BUT I do take my personal safety very seriously. Due to the convenience, I occasionally go to this store at I-70 and 40 Hwy in Independence near Sterling blvd. Almost every time I go to that location I see people doing things that are bad with customers or to customers. Being a former US Marine I typically just shake my head in disbelief. Two nights ago that changed. I will not go back there again. In front of the security, KCMO Police, a car slowly drove by and the passenger threw a container at me as I was walking to my truck. No one else was around. I saw the person who did it but I did not want to get into any type of altercation. Whatever was in the container got all over me and it was disgusting. Don't go there. It is not safe!

Worst customer service ever..I waited at self checkout for 30 mins for a price change on something that was marked incorrectly. Had to go find my own manager becuase the self check out person did nothing.
