Always clean and they have friendly people that are willing to help you find things. This is super convenient to where I stay when I visit and serves as the neighborhood grocery store for their convenience and friendly service, thank you!
No stars for this Walmart. Please hire employees that want to work or at least care about their job. Also the money center is never open.!! You have to go to customer service every time. This does not make sense. And if someone from the money service center is at lunch...have someone work it while they are gone. These are every visit problems.!
Bizarre to have 5 employees watching customers doing self check out in a single self check line instead of opening a single check out line with a cashier.
Employees seem exhausted, depressed, and beaten down, Management needs to make some realistic changes in staffing and hours. And by that I don't mean firing people.
Open some check out lines. Treat your employees like human beings.
Treat the customers like human beings. Maybe the loss prevention guy should ask people if they need help finding something instead of creeping around peeking at people around corners like a television stalker, squinting and scowling at them. If I hadn't seen his badge and name tag I would have thought he was a tweaker.
This is the closest grocery store to me, and I avoid it like the plague and hate going in there. It's a shame, because they actually do have a really decent selection of things, particularly international foods.
It's also insane how expensive it is.
Like the remodel. They are always stocking, which is two fold. The place is so small that it's sometimes hard to move around, but it's awesome that they have proper stock now. They have really bounced back from the pandemic low of not having everything you might need. I have had two incidents where I've been approached by men looking for money with a sob story, but they've seemed to have gotten a handle on that issue and it's been a while since it has happened. The customer service runs from employees being vaguely indifferent (though not rude) to being kind and helpful. Not a bad Wal-Mart.
Do I even have to describe it? Trash every aisle, everything out of place, half the stuff that's stocked expired, the other half broken into and missing goods. It gets a 2 star because at least the cashier was a decent human being and kind.
