Walmart Supercenter

I had a great experience at Walmart at Chambers and Parker. The store was clean and well-organized, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I was able to find everything I was looking for, and the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a convenient and affordable place to shop.

Horrible! D.J. the "manager" looked high on drugs today, the woman working had to keep asking him to come for this and that. He sent her on lunch and then he put another car in when I had been waiting for an oil change for an hour before the guy he put Infront of my car even arrived. As a result I will never use Walmart to get any car service, thanks to your manager DJ. If I we're you I would make the woman the manager, she is the only one in that department who does not look like they are on drugs!!!!!!!!!!

The tire and line sender is AMAZING fast, friendly and compassionate. I drive all the way over here just to get my oil changed. And the drive is worth it! Thanks Kaleb and the rest of the staff in TLE for the great customer service 💕

The older German (?) woman who works in the automotive department is probably one of the rudest people on the face of the earth. Zero people skills, even less customer service abilities. She’s a nightmare to deal with, and I know I can’t be the only one in Aurora who’s been treated poorly by her. Hey manager, maybe consider getting rid of her or send her through some serious training programs so she’s not so miserable to interact with.

Called at 830AM and spoke with Robin. Asked her if she had my tire in stock and she checked and said she did. I asked her if I could make an appointment and she told me that they dont do that and to come in to the shop and wait. I drove all the way to aurora and then DJ (who was extremely rude) told me that they weren’t taking any walk ins today because they had two cars getting worked in right now. I said I didn’t mind waiting for a few hours if they could squeeze me in. He said again no new customers today and wouldn’t allow me to get service today. Well then why did robin tell me to come in? Drove all the way across town for no reason. Got new tires at discount tire and I will never be going to Walmart auto centers again. Good job Robin and DJ!
