I want to give a huge shout out to a young man, Mark, who displayed true customer service today. Not only to me but to many people. When I was unable to find an item, he found it fir me. I then heard and saw him going out of his way to do the same for several other shoppers. He deserves a real commendation.
I'm old and grumpy.They where polite ,new witch ile exactly to accomplish my shopping experience.Oh ya , would have been 5 stars but I am handy cap and need a riding cart .Non to be found 4 , 15 min .and followed,or hobbled my way out behind a couple and return with an unpleasant mind to say the least! I am a new retired resident in the neighborhood and things are pretty much all new to me . After a couple times getting further frustrated,I asked several employees for help and each time they were very pleasant and knowledgeable .I left happy 😊
Mid July received call from service manager and offered to find a way to resolve this issue, all I ask is to train this installer in good workmanship and to find out why me, this call I received was a plus in my book so I'm hoping for the best because I have had great service here in the past thank you again for your response your truly a great manager. May 27 11:45 had two tires installed was told 2 hours wait time, so after 3 hours I notified inside staff of concerns, another hour my car was ready so for the last few months my car was falling apart,on a road side under car and noticed half my rim with weights 22 are more and the other with only 5 🤔 was never told not ask questions or car that drives my kids to school will be sabotage for no personal reason, an overbalanced tire is reckless and very dangerous, went in to complain and cashier I first told went straight to him like they knew this day will come as I walk out the tire repair guy had an ominous look where's the logic and pride in workmen ship, please Walmart family lives at stake and only ask 2 things replace and reinstall the two tires installed and last retrain or train the importance of treating customers with appreciation, I Heth this most why, why me ?.
The brunette woman in customer service who assisted my cashier at 7:45 on Oct 13, said they no longer honor the policy that if they stock the item under the wrong price. The blonde manager then came and argued with me instead of just admitting their mistake. She insisted that the price was for the item next to it, despite the price being under the item we were trying to purchase. We went back and forth for 1-2 minutes before I finally gave up because they were being rude. I do not recommend this store. I would just shop at Pacific Ave or Neighborhood Market if you have the choice

It was pretty crowded, but the customer service was good. Asked for help several time and they were spot on. We would go back if we are in the area.
