Walmart Supercenter

This is has to be the busiest WalMart in the state. Parking can be a difficult. It is pretty easy access off the interstate. Can be challenging to find an associate for help. They all seem to be in the self-checkout area.They have someone checking your receipt when you leave. I never stop though. They have cameras and associates watch as you check your stuff out. I never stop. I’ve used the curbside pickup and it was pretty fast. They usually have at least one option for what I’m looking for. Produce is pretty basic and not always the best selections.

I have never been treated so badly by a team lead! Was there Thursday around 530. And had a decent cart of things. Waited in the self check outs and then after finally checking out. My bf was trying to use his 15 percent off coupon. It wouldn't work. The cashier came over. Couldn't suspend my transaction so had to cancel it , she took me to her team lead. All she had the audacity to say , many times, you need to just go wait in the line. Said very rudely I explained I already rung up everything, but it got voided , again she said you need to go wait in a checkout lane , if you don't like your job find another oe.. extremely rude! Don't know her name but started with a C.. will not go back to that location. No reason to be disrespected, could of been more professional.. I was thinking of transferring to that location but no thanks

my friend and i went there for a girls day prep trip and Timber was working the check out. She was amazing! usually people are sulky about self checkout workers but she made our day so much better from the amazing attitude she has! such a bright employee and it was much appreciated :)

They got me on 2 accounts! They never fix charges that they have charged the wrong card constantly!!!!! I have 1 leg and just had my big toe amputated and said I need to come into the store and they never have carts for me to use much less any one disabled!!!!

Very helpful Employees with great customer service. I’ve been to a lot of Walmarts and have not received customer service like I did at the Windsor Heights store, It also seemed pretty clean to me. I’ve seen a lot of other stores with trash all over the parking lot and trash inside the store and cluttered. That was not the case here.
