We went here to buy some groceries during Black Friday sale, with lots of people. The staff handled the customers pretty well. Kudos to the friendly staff for their kind assistance and patience. Will do some groceries here if given another chance. There are also plenty of available parking spaces with wheelchair accessible parking spots.
Gonzales Walmart your looking snazzy! The renovations to this store are really looking good. I am a little bummed now I'm moving. I loved the new shopping carts. They now come complete with a beverage holder and on the left a place for grocery list or phone. I liked also the new higher top shelf on the cart. Everything is really coming together nicely at this store. Was an actual pleasure to shop at Walmart for once.
I did a quick stop for a few things, I have never like self check out , however I did 8/30/23 forgot my phone 📱 on the check out and had too make a dash back into the store!!! The young lady working that area was on her job!!!! A job well done
Horrible store ! Try to avoid at all cost . They really need to shut it down since everyone acts as if they do not want to work . Go to pick up groceries and they make you wait 2-3 hours for picking up stuff ! LITERALLY.. go to the door to ask they are all over the place . Nobody knows what is going on everyone is confused. The system they have is not the brightest, not sure if Walmart is cutting corners or they haven’t properly trained their employees but this is HORRIBLE INCLUDING MANAGEMENT!
If your company is going to lock items up, atleast have your associates available to assist your customers. Waited 30 minutes to get assistance in the jewelry department, and was never helped. Can't blame it on staffing because there was tons of blue vest running around and ducking off when multiple pages were made for assistance. Also, how does customer service or managers not have keys to access these locks?
Hire people who actually want to work, not play on their phones and gossip with other employees their entire shift.
Renovations were the last thing this store needed to worry about.
