Each time I pass through México, I make a stop at any of the Walmart’s that are close to my location. In this case it was the one located at Portal San Angel.
The two ingredients I look for are Mole Poblano (which is a powder of more than 40 ingredients, with a strong base of chocolate) and Adobo (which is a base for many of the Mexican dishes).
Regarding the Mole Poblano, there are a few different, but the one I find from time to time is “Don Pancho” brand. For the Adobo, I purchase Achiote from “La Anita” brand, although all Walmarts have the same distribution, I have some times difficulty in finding them. I passed 3 times through the same corridor, until I found them.
