Wallaroo's Furniture and Mattresses

I had a wonderful experience. The customer service was excellent. They were very helpful, patient, and have the best prices around. The delivery was quick, even with the holidays. The delivery driver was nice and even arrived hours earlier than scheduled. He helped bring the furniture in and took all the trash away for us. This was our second great experience and we will definitely be using Wallaroos again in the future.

Was searching for a small sofa for my son’s tiny apartment and Wallaroo’s was recommended by a larger outlet who only carried “regular” sized furniture. While the smaller sofa selection was fairly minimal, we found a very functional one with drawers that fit perfectly. Sarah, the manager, was very accommodating on the price, and we assembled it in about 20 minutes. If you’re looking for affordable, functional furniture, and great customer service, this is the place!

Sarah was excellent on the sales side. Succinct, professional, and friendly. Blake on the delivery was also fantastic. Bonus points for being a fellow cat lover. Great experience all around! Ordered the couch Sunday evening and it was delivered and installed Wednesday afternoon.

We had a great experience with Wallaroos! Blake was super to deal with. When we were looking around, he gave us our space unlike several other stores we went to. And when we had questions, he was very responsive and helpful. We found a couch and expected to wait a couple of weeks for it, but it was delivered the next day. Blake was also the delivery person, and made that process seamless. He was friendly, genuine, efficient and thorough. Honestly, I was kind of skeptical about shopping there because I knew nothing about them, but I couldn’t be happier with my experience. We love our new couch!

I loved our couch and recliner set that we bought from wallaroos furniture about 2 and a half years ago. Just recently our recliner broke and we are not able to put up the feet or it won’t go back down so it’s stuck shut. Today one side of the couch is now stuck open and won’t shut. Not impressed by how fast this set broke.
