Outstanding service..!!

I took my truck to service And 8 months passed and he told me that I should put oil in it!!! I mean They didn't put the right thing in the service I took it and they charged me!!! And they only gave me a comment “It's working well” hahaha They passed I will never go back to that branch again.

My contact with this agency has been in the service area and I will only give one piece of information: it took me 23 days to have the correct invoice in my email and it was after many messages to the advisor, a second visit to the agency that took me almost an hour and some calls... I don't know if this lack of focus on service is a brand issue or just this distributor (in the end there was someone who kindly helped me), but I will return here only in extreme cases.
