Terrible service from the agency, I went to buy my car months ago and first a male sales manager helped me and he took care of me very well and I left him an advance on my car, they didn't get it and when I went to see me another very good manager took care of me. good way telling me that it had not yet arrived, after weeks, I went again and another new sales manager treated me in a very good way and she explained to me again about my car, the issue is that now I went again and no longer They have a manager and the person in charge who they say is the general manager does not come out to show his face and is never there. And my salesman told me that this man was never going to help me. I asked to speak to someone else and he told me that all the managers were leaving because they were not paid, I want to know what is happening with the delivery of my car, it has been many months and no one is doing anything.

Terrible service, they have an opening schedule for spare parts from 8:30 onwards and they do not comply with it because they are wasting time on the phone with their chat, it is better that they update their schedules so that they can attend when they want. 😡
