Friendly services. I was trying to sell my car. The valuation is lower than other dealers on Vallarta. I was not able to get the best deal. But they have the team who can review your car, get quick quote and not ask to come 2 or 3 times just to set a price for the car. I was trying to sell my Lancer. With used car cost getting higher due to low new car production, the quote for my 2014 model is not the best.

This place has the worst customer service. I bought an used car and I waited for one year to get all the car documents. Also, they promised me a car in excellent conditions, however the car was already crashed and has a bad wheel alignment which cannot be corrected easily. I totally don't recommend this place to buy an Used Car. Also, they didn't give me a Maintenance certificate on time (not even given) so I couldn't claim the warranty.

One star because this lady Daniela on service department is so rude over the phone, I didn't wanted to do business there, but the technician was really helpful and courteous, that's why you are to get my business, but again that lady thinks she is doing people a favor

Very professional and competitive. I chose Euro Alemana after VW Americas, my recomendacion don't ever go to VW Americas they have the worst service.

sales service, vehicle service, post sale service, customer service...... just awfull, had to talk to general manager and still bad experience.... had to report directly to VW plant..... if you need anything go to VW americas, totally opposite experience!!
